Mia-facial release technique

Myofascial release therapy (MFR) seeks to release muscular shortness and tightness. There is a wide range of conditions and symptoms that myofascial release technique addresses. Then, numerous patients look for myofascial treatment if experiencing ongoing back, shoulder, hip, or virtually pain in any area containing soft tissue. As well, MFR can be applied after losing flexibility or function following an injury.

Other conditions treated by myofascial release therapy include carpal tunnel syndrome, Temporo-Mandibular Joint (TMJ) disorder, Possiblyfibromyalgia or migraine headaches.

Usually, MFR is ideal to treat the following patient symptoms:

Sense of extreme pressure on muscles or joints that produces pain
Pain in any part or parts of the body, including headache or back pain
Tightness of the tissues that restricts motion or pulls the body out of alignment. For example, individuals favour and overuse one hip or shoulder due to limited motion.
